Product Return Due to Defect and Right of Withdrawal

1. Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects

  • Warranty: All products are original and come with a manufacturer's warranty.
  • Return Period:
    • The consumer may return any defective product or one that does not meet the description within three (3) years from receipt.
    • If the defect occurs after two (2) years, the consumer must demonstrate that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
  • Return Process:
    • Notify NOWDARE through the contact channel, indicating the defective product, attaching photographs and proof of the defect.
    • Include a detailed list of defects, the purchase order or invoice, and any documentation identifying the purchase.
  • Analysis and Decision:
    • NOWDARE will assess the issue through its Quality Department and will inform whether the return is valid.
    • If applicable, instructions will be provided on how to return the product to the address:

  • Product Conditions:
    • The product must be unused or in the best possible condition if the defect was observed after normal use.
    • It should include all labels, packaging, and original documentation.


2. Options for the User if the Product is Non-Conforming

  • Choice: 
    • Choice: The user can opt for repair or replacement unless one option is impossible or disproportionate.
    • If repair is chosen and the product still does not conform, the user can request a replacement.
    • If repair is possible, the user will be informed and given the option to choose between repair or replacement.
  • Replacement:
    • The user can replace the defective product with another of identical features at no extra cost.
    • If replacement is not possible, a similar model will be offered.
    • The delivery will take place within 3 to 5 business days after NOWDARE's confirmation.


3. Right of Withdrawal

  • Period: The consumer can withdraw from the order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product.
  • Return costs: The consumer will bear the direct costs of return, whether returning the full order or only some products.
  • Withdrawal Process:
    • Contact NOWDARE via the website to receive instructions on returning the item.
  • Return Address:

  • Responsability: NOWDARE is not responsible for the courier company chosen by the consumer. It is recommended to obtain a delivery receipt.


4. Product Conditions for Withdrawal

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with labels, packaging, and original documentation.
  • NOWDARE may reject the withdrawal if the product is damaged or incomplete.


5. Refund

  • Payment Methods:
    • Card: Refund within 14 calendar days.
    • PayPal: Refund within 24-72 business hours.
  • General Refund Period: NOWDARE will process refunds within 14 calendar days after the withdrawal decision.


6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

  • Not applicable to personalized products or those made according to the user's specifications.


7. Product Exchange Policy

  • NOWDARE does not accept product exchanges.
  • To exchange a product, the user must withdraw from the current product and purchase the new one.
