Product Return Due to Defect and Right of Withdrawal
1. Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects
- Warranty: All products are original and come with a manufacturer's warranty.

- If the defect occurs after two (2) years, the consumer must demonstrate that the defect existed at the time of delivery.

- Include a detailed list of defects, the purchase order or invoice, and any documentation identifying the purchase.
- Analysis and Decision:
- NOWDARE will assess the issue through its Quality Department and will inform whether the return is valid.

- Product Conditions:
- The product must be unused or in the best possible condition if the defect was observed after normal use.

- Return costs: The consumer will bear the direct costs of return, whether returning the full order or only some products.

- General Refund Period: NOWDARE will process refunds within 14 calendar days after the withdrawal decision.
6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

7. Product Exchange Policy
- NOWDARE does not accept product exchanges.
- To exchange a product, the user must withdraw from the current product and purchase the new one.
